Description

The Connexx Smart Remote (formerly Siemens easyPocket) is a high quality, simple and sleek remote control for Siemens hearing aids.

Your Signia / Siemens hearing instruments are equipped with wireless technology and can therefore be controlled by a remote control.

With large, convenient buttons and an easy-to-read display the Smart Remote makes accessing the features of your Siemens hearing aids easier than ever before.

Providing your hearing aids have been activated to use the Smart Remotein the programming software by your audiologist it will work as a basic remote control. If it is paired by your audiologist to your hearing aids it will operate as an advanced remote control to provide additional facilities.

The operating distance of the remote control is approximately 40 inches (1m).

Smart Remote is compatible with Signia / Siemens hearing aids including the following :

NHS: Octiv, Teneo +, Contrast S+
Retail: Pure micon/binax, Carat binax, Motion micon/binax, Insio micon/binax, Aquaris, Nitro, Orion/Orion 2

Details

1. Key lock switch
Slide the switch to lock the keys and protect against unintentional changes

2. Display

Indicates change of listening program and volume - in Advanced mode, this also shows listening program name, listening program icon, listening program number.
Status bar (alarm, battery)
Function of control buttons

3. Program change button

Press to change current listening program. Program change activated when pressed, even when in standby mode (allows for discreet commands, e.g. while the remote is still in your pocket) - in Advanced mode, the Program change button works differently: Press to reactivate the display from standby mode, Press again to switch programs.

4. Volume up button
Press to increase volume

5. Volume down button
Press to decrease volume

6. Auxiliary menu
Press the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously to access the auxiliary menu (allows you to set time, set alarm clock, view battery status and contact data)

7. Upper control button
Reset hearing instruments to default program/volume - in Advanced mode, this can be programmed for various functions (default setting: reset hearing instruments to default program/volume)

8. Lower control button
Mute/unmute hearing instruments - in Advanced mode, this can be programmed for various functions (default setting: mute/unmute hearing instruments).

easyPocket is compatible with the following Siemens hearing aids:
