This Geemarc inductive silhouette earhook is for use with one post aural hearing aid. it is worn by simply placing over the ear beside the aid. The earhook part provides an inductive output for use with the hearing aid "T" or "loop" programme; it is wired for mono operation - if used in a stereo socket only the left channel will be heard.
As a guide, the CLHook7 will work anywhere that personal stereo-style headphones do.

This product works really well. The fact that the loop is right next to the hearing aid means really good volume, much more then ones that hang around the neck. The best inductive loop in my opinion. Only down side is that fact that the hook part of the loop is not attached to the wire strongly enough, after a while it breaks away and is not repairable. My last two have each lasted about a year. But by far the best item to use on any PC, ipad, phone, mp3 player etc.
