Thanks for producing your "Deaf Equipment explained" guide. It's a really good introduction not just to what equipment can do, but also the pages explaining about hearing aids. I gave a presentation about deaf and hard of hearing health professionals to a meeting of Occupational Health Practitioners a couple of days ago. So I included a slide with a screenshot and the link and encouraged them to go to your guide to find out more. Thank you.

A very positive response from the folk I spoke to. They felt it was clear, easy to read and cleverly laid out. Liked the information eg re-tubing earmould, cleaning - particularly as audiology doesn't give any instructions or advice on these subjects. Liked the pros and cons in the TV listening section. They loved the audiology information (P5) and the speech banana chart - I used that to again illustrate how their hearing loss can affect them. Felt on the whole that it gave a good amount of information from which they could then refer to the main catalogue. Sometimes they felt the large catalogue could be a bit daunting. With this guide they could have an overview of the key things that are available and they could go to the catalogue or website for more details. So, all good from here. Thanks again,
