The bulb is fitted the same as a standard fluorescent lamp. ie twist through 90 degrees so you see the end pins are aligned with the fitting slot and gently pull it out.

To fit slide in and again twist through 90 degrees making sure the 2 pins are seated properly. Use a cloth or similar to hold the bulb to avoid touching the glass of the lamp with your fingers.
